2. Component Breakdown

A. Front Control Panel (HMI Display Unit)

• LCD Display Screen: Displays real-time cycle status, step countdown timer, active water temperature, speed (RPM), and diagnostic error codes (e.g., #22 door open, #41 temperature sensor open).

• Function & Navigation Keys:

  • Wash: Initiates low-speed washing cycle.

  • Cold Water / Hot Water: Opens respective cold/hot water inlet valves.

  • Heat: Controls steam or electric heating elements.

  • Soap: Controls automatic chemical/soap injection pumps.

  • Extract: Activates high-speed spin extraction.

  • Drain: Opens the main drain valve.

  • Program : Accesses custom wash program configurations.

  • Insert / Delete: Modifies or programs custom steps in a cycle.

  • Up / Down : Parameter adjustment and menu navigation.

  • Red (Stop/Power Off): Halts operation / Emergency stop / Exit menu.

  • Green (Start/Power On): Begins selected wash sequence / Confirm setting.

B. I/O Main Circuit Board (LY300A - Bottom)

• Power Transformer: Onboard step-down transformer (Input: 220V AC, Output: Dual ~9.8V AC).

• Output Relays: Multiple blue switching relays (AC220V 5A rating) controlling high-power equipment like water inlet solenoids, drain motor, inverter speed signals, and detergent pumps.

• Communication & Sensor Interfaces:

  • Connections for temperature probe (NTC) and liquid level sensor.

  • RS485 / Frequency Converter (VFD) serial port for motor speed regulation.

  • Ribbon cable port connecting to the HMI front panel.
